Boston Whirlwind
We had a wonderful morning exploring North Boston. We took a water taxi from the airport, checked our backpacks at a nearby hotel, and set off to explore.
We started with breakfast at Anthony’s, served by Anthony himself. Then we hit the Freedom Trail.
We explored the area around the old North Church, of “one if by land, two if by sea” fame. We popped into the beautiful Saint Leonard’s Catholic Church. Finally we spent some time exploring Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall.
Along the way, we saw a sign that struck a strong Camino note and purchased a few items that we missed in our hurry to get out the door yesterday.
I now have a Rosary made in Ireland and Callie has a knit hat that inexplicably has her initials on it.
The Camino provides.
We are now at our gate, awaiting boarding for our flight to Madrid.
