A Face for Radio
So yesterday amid the Papal hoopla and huzzahs, my old friend Rev. Bryan Dolejsi invited me to be a guest on his radio show.
Father Dolejsi is the Director of Vocations for the Archdiocese of Seattle, and his show, called “Vocation Radio” is broadcast on Sacred Heart Radio several times a week.
So we munched on the pizza ordered by the Chancery to celebrate the election of the new Pope, and we chatted.
We talked about my life and spirituality as a Benedictine Oblate. Hopefully I didn’t make too big of an idiot of myself.
The conversation certainly reminded me that once we manage a reliable car, we’ve got to get back to the Abbey.
We’re not sure when the interview will be broadcast, but surely within the next month or two.
Good for you! Make sure you share more when you get details: inquiring minds want to know!
He’s a couple of weeks ahead of the broadcast schedule, so who knows?
My best guess is that it will play while I’m in Spain.
