Camino Photo of the Day: All Praise to Flan!

It was something of a running joke: Eamon loves his flan for dessert! Places with a pilgrim menu or a menú del día would always have more or less the same dessert options: fruit, pastry, or flan. So far as I can recall, Eamon always chose the flan. It usually came in this sort of plastic container, though very occasionally it was actually made on site. I was largely indifferent to it, but for some reason on our 2018 Galician Camino, there was a period for about a week where I had it every day. Behind Eamon, you can sort of see Mia from Ireland in red and Santiago from Columbia (and New York!) in the stripes.

Apologies for the lack of posting yesterday.
