Camino Photo of the Day: …and Rest
Once you make it to the top of the Alto de Mostalares, there’s a lovely sheltered area where you can rest. I remember on my first Camino it was really warm the day I made this climb, and I spent a long, long time rehydrating here. Having made the climb on a cool, cloudy day was much easier. After perhaps a fifteen minute rest, we walked the maybe half kilometer or so to the downslope on the other side.
