Camino Photo of the Day: Chez Fanny et Jérémy

This was the gîte recommended to me by the Tourist Office, and it was great! Very welcoming, clean, and well-organized. By the time it opened at 3pm, it was already 97° F (36° C) outside. In the lobby, I ran into Delphiné from Brittany, who I first met way back at Domaine du Sauvage. She helped with some translation issues as I tried to check in without a reservation.

Note to self: reserve here in advance next time!

Maps!

If you’re the sort who looks at the maps, you’ll note that the stage shown is 32+km long. I split this up into two days, since I wanted to spend some time exploring both Saint-Chély-d’Aubrac and Saint-Côme-d’Olt, both of which are on the list of most beautiful villages in France.
