Camino Photo of the Day: Flooding?

I’m not quite sure exactly what is going on with the road, water, and barricades here. Flooding, perhaps? There was nothing like this here in 2016. In any case, I think it’s a great photo of Eamon. From here, the route meanders towards a stream under a highway bridge a little further on.
