Camino Photo of the Day: In the Local Paper

This definitely counts as one of my weirdest Camino experiences. I mentioned in a previous post that there was some controversy in the town of Navarrete regarding the route of the Camino through town. Well, we were approached by a reporter for the regional newspaper about appearing in a photo for a story she was working on for this ongoing issue. And here we are, in the plaza in front of the local church, posing for a newspaper photo. From left to right: Patrick, Eamon, some guy we met at the bar, Viola, Petra, and myself.

I still have a copy of the newspaper, which I picked up several days later.
