Camino Photo of the Day: Into Agés
Our first village of the day was Agés, and I was keen to find something resembling second breakfast. It’s about 9:00, and we’ve been walking about an hour. Agés is a typical village in this section of the Camino. The name derives from Arabic, and there is documentation establishing that there was a church here sometime before 972. It’s said that a nearby bridge was built by San Juan de Ortega.
