Camino Photo of the Day: Melide Market Madonna
When we arrived in Melide, it appeared as though they were setting up for market day. This statue of the Madonna and Christ child was under a large pavilion, on which was emblazoned the words Concello de Melide – Municipality of Melide. It seemed as though we were one day early for the local outdoor market – a theme that has haunted all of our Caminos.
